Website and quote terms.

1. What the website does

oohfu.com provides product information and prepares a WhatsApp inquiry draft. It does not place an order, take payment or create an account.

2. The written quote

Before payment, the quote or order summary should identify the contracting seller and contact address; describe the agreed product, photo or design, quantity and specification; state the total price, taxes, shipping and payment terms; and set out the estimated production and delivery window plus applicable cancellation and aftercare terms.

3. Forming an order

Submitting an inquiry is not an order. A contract is formed only through the written acceptance and order confirmation described in the quote. Review that confirmation and correct any error before approving production.

4. Personalized goods

You confirm that you have permission to use the supplied photo. Ask for crop, wording, quantity or address changes before production approval. Once personalized production begins, change-of-mind cancellation may be limited where the law permits. Rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not excluded.

5. Visuals and specifications

Images labelled as visualizations illustrate a possible scene or woven treatment and are not customer order photographs. The specification and approved design direction in the written order confirmation take precedence over general website illustrations.

6. Delivery and aftercare

7. Third-party services

WhatsApp and the routing service operate under their own service terms. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you review the draft and press Send.

8. Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. The governing seller, law and dispute contact for a paid order must be identified in its written confirmation.
