What happens to your information.

The short version

• The site does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
• The design studio reads your photo locally in the browser; it does not upload the file.
• An editable design is stored only when you choose “Save editable design.”
• The quote form does not place an order or take payment.
• Your inquiry details leave the page only when you choose to send the WhatsApp message.

Design studio

The design studio uses your browser to render the selected photo into a concept preview. The photo is not sent to Oohfu, the WhatsApp routing service or another server. If you choose “Save editable design,” the photo, preview and design settings are stored in this browser profile using device-local browser storage until you delete that saved design or clear browser data. Saved projects do not follow you to another device or browser. When you choose “Download & continue,” a text-only summary of layout, crop and wording choices is stored temporarily in the current tab session and removed after it is added to the quote form. A downloaded preview remains on your device until you choose to attach it elsewhere.

WhatsApp routing

When you create a draft, the site contacts the Oohfu WhatsApp routing service at wa.retretos.com with the site name and a random, short-lived session value. That value is kept in memory only and is not written to cookies or local browser storage. The service returns an available WhatsApp destination and a reference for the conversation.

Information you send

WhatsApp receives the message, photo and contact information you choose to send under its own terms. Oohfu uses the conversation to assess the photo, prepare a quote, answer questions and administer an order if you proceed.

Photos

You may select a photo in the design studio, but it stays inside the browser for the live concept preview. Oohfu receives the original photo or downloaded preview only if you choose to attach it directly in WhatsApp. Ask in the order conversation if you want an inquiry photo deleted when you decide not to proceed.

Orders and record keeping

If an order is agreed, relevant correspondence and transaction records may be retained for customer service, dispute handling and legal or accounting obligations. The written order confirmation identifies the contracting seller and provides the applicable contact details.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of inquiry information in the same order conversation, subject to records that must be kept by law.

This policy is updated when the site’s data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
