Is the image woven or printed?
Colored yarns form the image as part of the cloth. It is not a photo printed onto finished fleece.
Why is there no fixed price on the page?
Available specification, quantity and delivery destination affect the order. Your written quote must show the full price and delivery scope before payment.
What photo works best?
Use the highest-resolution original you have. One clear, well-lit subject usually works better than a crowded collage or compressed screenshot.
Can I preview and save my own design?
Yes. The design studio lets you choose a layout, move and zoom the photo, add optional wording, save an editable design on this device and download a JPG concept without uploading the photo to Oohfu.
Will I approve the design direction?
Crop, optional wording and how the image will translate into yarn are reviewed before production begins.
How long does it take?
Production and transit depend on the agreed product and destination. Share a need-by date and rely only on the window confirmed in writing.
What if the item is damaged or incorrect?
Keep the packaging, photograph the problem and reply in the original order conversation promptly. The written order terms and mandatory consumer rights govern the remedy.
Does the form upload my photo?
No. The form creates a WhatsApp draft. Attach the photo in WhatsApp after the draft opens; nothing is sent until you press Send.
Does the site store a visitor ID?
No persistent browser identifier is stored. A short-lived in-memory value is used only to route the current WhatsApp request and disappears when the page session ends.
